Step 1: Book a trek with Trek the Himalayas (TTH)

Step 2: Mention your organization’s name, and your designation

Step 3: On your behalf, TTH will Apply to IMF for a letter of permission. A fee of INR 250 will be paid by TTH.

Step 4: IMF will issue the letter within 7-10 days.

Step 5: You will need to obtain this letter from TTH and submit it to your respective organization to avail of the leaves.
